Can I rent more than one server?
Yes, you can order multiple GPU servers and create a cluster in the same network to work together. For more information, email us at it@w3cloud.io.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course, our hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and pricing scales with your needs. You can upgrade and downgrade the hardware required at any moment.
Time to get access to the server rented?
If you are renting a GPU server on our platform, you will have high-priority access to the server within minutes. Note that in some cases, it may take approximately 2 hours.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
To add additional information to invoices, you can specify it in the user settings inside our platform. Or you can write our billing department at info@w3cloud.io.
How does billing work?
We charge daily and monthly in advance. Additionally, we are working to offer hourly charging options soon. For enterprise customers, long-term contracts are available to meet your business needs.
How do I change my account email?
You can change the email address associated with your account by going to www.console.w3cloud.io.
